I felt stunned by the depth to which Lyubomirsky uses research findings to challenge our biases, fallacies, assumptions, and misconceptions. Wow! Oh, wow! I was impressed with psychologist and associate editor of the Journal of Positive Psychology, Sonja Lyubomirsky’s book, The Myths of Happiness: What Should Make You Happy, but Doesn’t, What Shouldn’t Make You Happy, but Does. ![]()
